摘要
旋回破碎机在工作过程中不可避免地伴随有振动,研究其动态特性在产品大型化趋势中显得尤为重要。对某型号大型旋回破碎机的机身及破碎动锥进行了结构模态分析,计算了相应结构的固有频率、振型以及幅值,指出了可能存在的共振风险及设计隐患,为设备设计和生产参数的制定提供了参考。
The gyratory crusher is inevitably accompanied with vibration during its operation process, so it is particularly important to study its dynamic behavior. In the paper, the structural modal analysis of the frame and the moving cone of a large gyratory crusher were conducted, and then the natural frequency, vibration mode and amplitude of each part were computed. In addition, the probable resonance risk and design hidden troubles were pointed out, which offered references for the crusher design and the parameter determination.
