摘要
为考核汽车电器的可靠性,需对其进行振动可靠性实验。装夹和固定电器系统元件的夹具,是实验的重要组成部分,其动态性能对振动试验有重要影响。根据试件的外形及安装定位方式建立了夹具的三维模型,用有限元方法计算了夹具的模态频率与振型,依据分析结果对夹具的结构进行了改进,使夹具动态性能满足试验要求。
In order to test the reliability of electronic components of automobiles,the vibration reliability testing is necessary.The fixture,which is used to clamp and fix the electronic components,is one of the most important components in the testing.The dynamic performance of the fixture has great influence on the vibration test.According to the appearance and the location of the electronic components,a three-dimensional model of the fixture was constituted.The modal frequency and vibration modal were calculated using FEM.Due to the result of analysis,the structure of the fixture was amended.And its dynamic performance can meet the testing request after the amendment.
