摘要
[目的]研究以黄原胶、海藻酸钠为悬浮助剂的苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂的流变和沉降性能。[方法]通过HerschelBuckley模型拟合,结合粒子沉降曲线,探讨悬浮体系的流变与沉降性能的相关性。[结果]试验发现含有黄原胶和海藻酸钠的悬浮体系表现出明显的剪切稀化现象,具有假塑性特征,颗粒沉降速度和沉降平衡粒径与体系屈服值有一定的正相关性。[结论]悬浮体系黏度和屈服值对其沉降稳定性具有重要影响。
[Aims] The effects of xanthan gum (XG) and sodium alginate (SA) to the rheology and sedimentation property of difenoconazole suspension were studied. [Methods] Through fitting rheological curves by the Herschel-Buckley model, combined with particle settlement curves, relativity between the rheology and sedimentation property was investigated. [Results] The suspension system containing XG or SA showed significant shear thinning phenomenon, and presented pseudoplastic property, it also found that the particle settling velocity and particle size of sedimentation equilibrium have a certain degree of positive correlation with yield value. [Conclusions] This indicated the suspension viscosity and yield value has an important effect on the sedimentation stability.
