摘要
闽台合作办学项目多以"校校企"合作办学模式展开,通过闽台地区的高校以"分段对接"培养模式进行人才培养。闽台合作办学的教学管理作为一个复杂系统,具有整体性、动态性和开放性的特征。依据复杂系统论的观点,闽台合作办学的教学管理可以从培养目标的设定、培养过程的管理和培养效果的评价三方面展开。
The program of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative education is carried on the mode of School-school-enterprise. Universities in Fujian and Taiwan are training the students on the mode of segmented butting. As a complex system, the teaching management of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative education has the feature of integrity, dynamics and openness. On the view of complex system, the teaching management of Fujian-Taiwan cooperative education can be carried out in terms of training target, training process management and training effect evaluation.
