摘要
闽台合作办学是建设海峡西岸经济区的需要,是为经济区建设提供人才支撑的重要保障。辅导员能否做好学生管理工作是实现闽台合作办学目标的关键。辅导员作为高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,在学生管理工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文以海峡成功学院学生为研究对象,在闽台合作办学模式下,应用SWOT分析法分析学生自身的优劣势及其面临环境的机遇与挑战,并探讨有效发挥辅导员作用的战略措施。
Education cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan is the need for the construction of the west side of economic zone as well as an important guarantee to provide talent sustentation. Acting as the counselors, organizers and conductors of the ideological and political work and daily management, college counselors play an important role in students＇ management,which is also the key point to achieve the goal of this education cooperation.On the basis of the rearch of stait Chengong institute,Wuyi university, this paper tries to analyze the stu- dents＇ own strengths, weaknesses and the current opportunities and challenges in light of SWOT Analysis Theory under the educational cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Then it proposes some strategies and measures for the constructors.
