摘要
通过信息技术实现复杂图案服饰与挂件计算机辅助设计(CAD)与激光自动切割(CAM)的接口转换。采用多种CAD图形输入方法,探讨了不同图形文件格式的转换技术,建立激光切割最佳工艺参数数据库,进行形状误差及精度分析。
The interface conversion from the CAD of complicated clothing pattern and hanging-apparel to the CAM of automatic laser cutting was implemented through the information technique. The different graphic file format conversion techniques were discussed by using a lot of input methods of CAD graphs. The optimal technological parameter database for the laser cutting was established, the shape error and precision of the laser cutting were analysed as well.
