摘要
为解决微系统的自供能问题,将系统工作环境中的振动能转换为电能是一条有效途径。根据压电原理利用涡轮采集环境风能的压力发电机结构简单,易实现微型化,具有广阔发展前景。但在结构设计过程中,由于环境提供动力矩与启动力矩不匹配,造成能量浪费或无法顺利启动。为求解特定结构参数下的启动力矩,通过对发电机结构的具体分析,建立了工作单元运动模型。由于高阶振动微分方程不易求解,在设定合理假设的前提下,将运动方程的求解转化为静态载荷的计算。利用有限元仿真对计算结果进行了验证。加工得到尺寸可调的原理样机,根据实验环境风能所提供的启动力矩调节尺寸,可保证发电机正常启动工作,验证了理论模型的可靠性,为发电机后续设计提供了技术支持。
For realizing self-powering of micro system, acquiring the electric energy from ambient environment vi- brations has been an available technique. Piezoelectric wind turbine-generator is a kind of energy harvester with windy environment based on piezoelectric effects which could be miniaturized and will be applied widely. However, the start- ing moment could not match the driving moment provided by the wind environment so the energy is wasted or even the generator could not be started. By means of analyzing the generator structure, the motion process model is set up to solve the start moment under the specified structure parameters of piezoelectric unimorph cantilever. Owing to the diffi- culty in model analysis, the hypothesis and transforming the motion constraint into solving the static load calculation is proposed. The results obtained by the model were consistent with those from the finite element analysis by ABAQUS. The principle prototype machine with adjustable size is obtained by manufacture. The starting moment provided by the wind energy based on the experiment environment adjusts the size. Then the generator could work normally. All of these can be used as the basis for the optimal design of the generator.
