摘要
利用水包油乳液法结合溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧化锆凝胶微球,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、热重-差热分析等测试手段研究了水热处理及热处理对凝胶球晶体结构及显微结构的影响。结果表明:经水热处理后,粉体仍保持了较好的球状结构,并且无明显的氧化锆晶相形成。经热处理后,氧化锆微球仍保持较好的球状结构,当温度为500℃时,凝胶球体内有四方相氧化锆晶体生成;700℃时,四方相氧化锆晶粒尺寸由3.3nm增至14.5nm;900℃时,球体内有单斜相氧化锆晶体生成,其平均晶粒尺寸约为18.7nm。
Abstract: Zirconia microspheres were prepared by a sol-gel process in oil-in-water emulsiorL The effects of hydrothermal treatment and heat treatment on the crystalline structure and microstructure of the microspheres were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric--differential thermal analysis, respectively. The results show that after the hydrothermal treatment, the spherical shape of the microspheres is not spoiled and the microspheres appear amorphous. When the heat-treatment temperature is 500 ℃, the tetragonal phase forms in zirconia microspheres, and the average grain size of tetragonal phase increases from 3.3 nm to 14. 5 nm at 700 ℃. After heat-treatment at 900 ℃, the monoclinic phase in the zirconia microspheres is generated and the resulting grain size is 18. 7nm.
