摘要
报道了通过共沉淀法制备膨胀石墨基CaxZny(OH)2(x+y)纳米复合太阳能化学蓄热材料的过程和材料特征。以膨胀石墨为基体,将复合的Ca(OH)2和ZnO微粒加入到多孔基体中,制备出膨胀石墨基CaxZn,(0H)2(x+y)纳米复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、差热热重分析仪和X射线衍射仪对所制材料的形貌、吸附特性、复合尺度、热力学性能进行了分析测试。研究结果表明,所合成的材料大部分组分为Ca(Zn(OH)3)2,复合材料的晶体尺寸粒径在31。2~86。4nm范围内,其脱水温度为151。
The preparation and characterization of solar energy chemical storage material graphite-CaxZny(OH)2(x+y) are reported in the present paper, which is prepared by co-precipitation technique. It is a new type of nano-composite material for solar energy chemical storage. Firstly, calcium hydroxide and zinc oxide are co-precipitated into the expanded porous graphite matrix in nano-scale; then the product is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), differential thermal-thermogravimetric analyzer (DT-TGA). The results show that the product consists of Ca(Zn(OH)3)2 mostly; the grain is with size of 31.2 to 86.4 nm; and the dehydration temperature is 151.38℃.
