摘要
以癸酸-月桂酸二元复合物作为相变材料,选用超轻陶粒吸附这种相变材料,并用多种材料对其进行表面封装处理后制成相变储能陶粒。研究结果表明,相变材料吸附到超轻陶粒后的相变温度和相变潜热与吸附之前相比均有所增加。石蜡、乳化沥青、环氧树脂和改性碱矿渣皆可用作防止储能陶粒中相变材料渗漏的封装材料。
The complex of Decanoic acid and Lauric acid were used as phase change material. Ultra-light ceramsites which adsorbed the phase change material was used to prepare phase-changing energy-storing ceramsites. Then the surfaces of ceramsites were coated with a variety of materials. The research showed that the phase changing temperature and latent heat of the phase changing material which was absorped in ultra-light ceramsites were improved. Paraffin, emulsified bitumen, epoxy resin and modified alkali -activat ed slag could be used as coating materials which could prevent phase changing materi als outflowing.
