护理本科生通识教育知晓率及需求的调查分析 被引量:5

The awareness and needs about general education in undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的调查护理本科学生通识教育知晓率及其对通识教育课程的需求情况。方法采用通识教育调查问卷对437名护理学专业学生进行现场调查。结果 78.5%学生未听说过通识教育,不同年级学生的通识教育知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。88.1%学生认为开展通识教育是必要或可行的,不同年级的学生对于开展通识教育必要性认知情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。68.0%学生认为通识教育有助于培养其综合能力,其中61.7%学生认为通识课程开设应不增加学业负担。在通识教育课程需求方面,49.7%学生关注于人生与价值观主题;47.4%学生希望能进行全程自由选修;58.6%学生倾向于专题系列讲座式的通识教育课程;45.5%学生希望采用递交学习报告形式进行通识教育课程考核,仅5.3%同学选择闭卷考试。结论学生通识教育知晓率低,且存在通识教育认同和通识教育课程选课意愿之间的矛盾。建议加强通识教育的宣传和引导;在通识教育改革中,要处理好新开通识教育课程与学生学业压力之间的关系;依据学生需求,合理设置通识教育课程体系,推进通识教育课程改革,进一步理清通识教育与专业教育之间的关系。 Objective To investigate the awareness and needs about general education among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Totally 437 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The results showed that 78.5% of the students knew little about general education and the awareness rate was significantly different among nursing students in different grades(P〈0.05);88.1% of the students thought that it was necessary and feasible to carry out general education and there were significant differences in the needs about general education among nursing students in different grades(P〈0.05);68.0% of the students thought that general education was helpful for the training of comprehensive competency,while 61.7% of the students hoped that general education curriculum wouldn't bring burden on students;49.7% of the students preferred to the topic of outlook on life and values;47.4% of the students expected to set up selective course about general education;58.6% of the students preferred to series of lectures; 45.5% of the students accepted course paper as the assessment form in general education and only 5.3% of the students preferred to exams. Conclusion The awareness rate of general education among nursing students is low. It is suggested to strengthen the advocacy and guidance of general education,make a balance between general education curriculum and students' academic stress,develop rational curriculum for general education according to the students' needs and correctly deal with the relationship between general education and professional education.
