摘要
目的 引入护理依赖量表（Care Dependency Scale,CDS）,分析其评估老年患者的信效度.方法 通过正向翻译、综合、回译、研究小组评议和专家评议5个步骤对CDS进行汉化和文化调试,形成中文版CDS.采取方便抽样,对某护理院184例老年患者进行评估与分析,其中128例老年患者在2周后被重复评估.结果 中文版CDS经探索性因子分析提取得到1个因子,可解释72.87%的总变异量.量表的Cronbach′s α系数为0.95,评估者间信度Kappa值0.84～0.89,重测信度0.83～0.92.结论 中文版CDS结构合理,可应用于我国的老年患者.
Objective To introduce the Care Dependency Scale （CDS） and to determine the validity and reliability in elderly patients. Methods A culturally adapted the Chinese version of the CDS was developed. The translation process included independent transla- tion, synthesization, back translation, a research team review, and an expert review. One hundred and eighty-four elderly patients living in a nursing home were selected by convenience sampling and were ask to fill out the Chinese CDS. In them, 128 patients were re-assessed 2 weeks later. Results One factor was obtained by using the exploratory factor analysis and explained 72.87% of the total variance. The general cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.95. The inter-rater （kappa values） and test-retest reliability were 0.84--0.89 and 0. 83-0. 92, respectively. Conclusion The Chinese CDS has satisfactory structure, which can be used in the Chi- nese elderly residents of nursing homes.
