摘要
将具有连续电流输入的电压型Quasi-Z源逆变器(QZSI)应用于光伏系统。分析了该新型逆变器拓扑结构的工作原理,并提出基于Quasi-Z源逆变器的单级功率变换的光伏并网系统。将d-q旋转坐标系下有功和无功电流解耦的控制思想应用于文中所提光伏并网系统实现并网功率的控制,并研究了该系统PWM信号产生的策略。Matlab/Simulink仿真证明了该控制策略的合理性和可行性。
A grid-connected photovoltaic system using a voltage-source Quasi-Z-source inverter (QZSI) was presented. The working principle of this new type inverter topology structure was analyzed, and a single power stage conversion grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system based on Quasi-Z-source inverter was proposed. The active and reactive current decoupling control thought by d-q rotating coordinate system was applied for realizing the control of grid power, and then the PWM signal generating strategy of this system was studied. The rationality and feasibility of the proposed control strategy were verified through MATLAB/Simulink.
