摘要
                
                    Z源逆变器利用其独特的阻抗网络来实现升降压变换,从而能更好地适用于输入电压宽范围变化的场合。介绍了传统Z源逆变器的工作原理及特点,由于存在电容电压应力高、启动冲击电流大的缺陷,又对比分析了两种Quasi-Z源逆变器和新型Z源逆变器的改进情况;然后归纳了各种Z源逆变器的应用,并以光伏系统中的应用为例,对比介绍了已有的Z源逆变器的并网控制方法;分析了Z源逆变器并网系统目前存在的问题,对其今后的发展方向做出了展望,并指出Z源系统中的谐波、无功电流等电能质量问题将是今后的研究热点。
                
                Z-source inverter has a unique impendence network to make voltage up or down to better suited for the occasions of input voltage wide range changes.The working principles and features were introduced in this paper.In consideration of the disadvantages of high capacitor voltage stress and large inrush current,the improvements of two kinds Quasi-Z-source inverter and the novel Z-source inverter were comparatively analyzed.Then,the application status of all kinds of Z-source inverters was summarized.Taking PV system as an example,the grid-connected control strategies of Z-source inverter were highlighted.Finally,the existing problems of Z-source inverter grid-connected system were pointed out,and its future development was proposed.It is indicated that the power quality problems of harmonics and reactive currents will be a hot research topic.
