摘要
目的 采用Meta分析的方法探讨循证护理在骨科手术后预防深静脉血栓（DVT）形成中的应用效果,为临床预防DVT形成提供依据.方法 检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、维普信息资源系统（VIP）、万方数据资源系统、Pubmed数据库,收集1999年至今公开发表的关于骨科手术后应用循证护理预防深静脉血栓形成的随机对照研究,采用RevMan5.2软件进行分析.结果 共纳入9篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,循证护理的实施可以有效预防DVT形成.结论 在骨科术后实施循证护理可有效预防DVT形成.
Objective To use the method of Meta-analysis to evaluate the effect of the evidence- based nursing in preventing the deep vein thrombosis after orthopaedic surgery, to provide the basis for clinical prevention of DVT. Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCT） on the evidence-based nursing in preventing the DVT were collected using the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastruc- ture （CNKI）, Wanfang Periodical Databases, Chinese Science Technology Periodical Databases （VIP） and PubMed and analyzed by RevMan 5.2 software. Results Nine RCTs were included in the study. The re- suits of Meta-analysis revealed that the incidence of the DVT could be effectively prevented by evi-dence- based nursing. Conclusions The evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of the DVT after or- thopaedic surgery.
