摘要
研究如何降低天然气处理厂注醇量、提高甲醇利用率以及降低甲醇回收装置的能耗,对于中国石油长庆油田公司榆林气田实现节能环保、科学开发有着重要的现实意义。为此,针对榆林气田天然气处理厂低温脱油脱水及注醇工艺存在的甲醇污水处理及高能耗问题,提出了对现有注醇工艺技术的改进方案:将直接注醇改进为循环注醇。在增设的接触塔内天然气与含甲醇污水充分接触并携带出甲醇,经三相分离器分离出的甲醇污水回流进入接触塔,形成甲醇的闭路循环。软件模拟计算结果表明,接触塔塔底污水含醇量仅为0.004 3%,已达到气田污水回注标准,而不再需要甲醇回收处理。采用HYSYS软件分别对现有、改进后注醇工艺进行流程模拟,对比结果表明:在基础数据相同的情况下,相比现有注醇工艺,改进后工艺能耗降低25%、注醇量减少28%,经济与环境效益显著。
Studies on how to reduce the methanol injection amount in a natural gas processing plant, how to improve the methanol u- tilization rate, and how to cut down the energy consumption of a methanol recovery unit, are of great realistic value for the Yulin Gas Field operated by the PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company to achieve scientific and eco friendly development as well as energy saving and emission reduction. Thus, in view of such issues as the treatment of methanol-containing waste water and high energy consumption in low-temperature deoiling and dehydration technologies in the natural gas processing plant in this field, we put for ward the innovative scheme of circular injection to replace direct injection applied to the existing methanol injection technology. Spe- cifically, with this improved scheme, natural gas will be in fully contact with methanol sewage and carry methanol out of it in a new ly-added contact column, methanol sewage isolated from the three-phase separator will flow back into the contact column, thus, a methanol closed cycle is formed. By simulating calculation, the methanol amount in the sewage at the contact column bottom is only 0.0043%, which reaches the gas field sewage reinjection standard, and needs no further methanol recovery treatment. Moreover, the HYSYS software was adopted to simulate the existing and the improved methanol injection process flow, and the simulation results show that with the same basic data, the improved process achieves energy consumption reduction of 25 ~ and methanol injection vol ume reduction of 28%.
