摘要
凝析油是一种天然气伴生的轻质原油,不仅会对TEG脱水撬的运行效果造成不良影响,而且影响产品气的气质.为了研究凝析油对TEG溶液起泡性能影响的规律,以n-C_(5)、i-C_(5)、C_(6)、C_(7)、C_(8)、C_(9)和C_(10)模拟凝析油的各组成成分,测定不同凝析油组成对TEG溶液起泡性能的影响大小,并分析了其规律.利用GA-BP神经网络建立凝析油不利影响的预测模型,采用t检验法对实验真实值和模型预测值进行验证.结果表明了凝析油各组分对TEG溶液起泡能力影响大小排序如下:C_(9)>C_(7)>C_(10)>n-C_(5)>C_(8)>C_(6)>i-C_(5),实验真实值与模型预测值近似相等,且两者并无显著性差异,因此,采用GA-BP神经网络能够准确预测凝析油对TEG溶液起泡性能的不利影响.
Condensate is a kind of light crude oil associated with natural gas,which not only adversely affects the operation of TEG dehydration,but also affects the temperament of product gas.In order to study the effet of condensate on the foaming performance of TEG solution,this paper uses n-C_(5),i-C_(5),C_(6),C_(7),C_(8),C_(9)and C_(10)to simulate the composition of condensate and determine the composition of different condensate.The effect of the foaming performance of the TEG solution was analyzed and its regularity was analyzed.The GA-BP neural network was used to establish a predictive model for the adverse effcts of condensate,and the experimental values and model predictions were verified by t-test.The results show that the influence of the components of condensate on the foaming ability of TEG solution is as follows:C_(9)>C_(7)>C_(10)>n-C_(5)>C_(8)>C_(6)>i-C_(5),the experimental value is approximately equal to the model prediction value,and two There is no significant difference,therefore,the GA-BP neural network can accurately predict the adverse effects of condensate on the foaming performance of TEG solution.
