摘要
企业的技术能力、开放程度等因素对创新效率有直接的影响,而企业规模及其所属区域的政策环境则会对这些影响因素产生作用,从而间接的影响企业的创新效率。论文通过大规模调查问卷,利用多群组结构方程模型对所构造的理论模型进行了实证检验,结果发现对于大规模企业,吸收能力对企业的创新绩效影响最大,而区域的影响则很小。结合我国实际,同一因素的影响随着区域的不同也有所不同。论文的研究为我国高端装备制造业的创新发展提供指导性的方向。
The factors such as technical capability and open degree of the enterprise have a direct effect on innovation efficiency, and then enterprise scale and regional environment will affect these factors, thus indirectly affect the innovation efficiency. Through the large-scale questionnaire, this study does empirical test to the constructed the theoretical model through multiple group structure equations. Results show that for large-scale enterprises, absorption capacity has the maximum impact on enterprise innovation performance, while the regional effect is small. Combined with the actual situation in China, the same factor has different influence in different region. The research can provided in- structional direction to innovative development of national development.
