摘要
目的：系统评价血脂康1.2g？d-1治疗12周后对高脂血症患者血脂（TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C）含量的影响。方法：计算机检索CNKI、万方和维普资讯全文数据库。收集关于1.2g？d-1血脂康连续给药12周后对高脂血症患者血脂含量影响的自身对照试验，采用Review Manager 5.1.6软件对资料进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入16篇独立研究论文；所纳入独立研究论文均不具有同质性（P＆lt;0.01），I2均大于70%，且均存在发表性偏倚；1.2g/d血脂康治疗12周后，TC、TG和LDL-C含量较治疗前均有显著性降低（P＆lt;0.01），HDL-C含量较治疗前有显著性增加（P＆lt;0.01）；所有纳入独立研究血脂各指标的合并均差（PVMD）：PVMDTC＆gt;PVMDLDL-C＆gt;PVMDTG＆gt;PVMDHDL-C（P＆lt;0.01），合并标准均差（PVSMD）：PVSMDTC＆gt;PVSMDTG＆gt;PVSMDLDL-C＆gt;PVSMDHDL-C （P＆lt;0.05）。结论：血脂康1.2g？d-1治疗12周后可显著降低高脂血症患者TC、TG、LDL-C，增加HDL-C；调脂效应主要以降低TC含量为主，并兼有降低甘油三酯和升高HDL-C的效应。
Objective： To assess the effect of Xuezhikang 1.2g？d-1 after 12 weeks treatment on hyperlipidemia patients’lipid contents （TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C）. Methods：A literature research was carried out in CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu full-text database, to collect articles concerning the self-controlled trials on the lipid regulating effects of Xuezhikang 1.2g？d-1 for 12 weeks in hyperlipidemia patients. Statistical analysis were per-formed with Review Manager 5.1.6. Results：16 independent studies trials were included in this review;All of the independent studies shown no ho-mogeneity （P＆lt;0.01）, I2＆gt;70%, and existed publication bias;the contents of TC, TG, and LDL-C after a 12-week treatmentment with 1.2g？d-1 XueZhi-Kang were significantly lower than those of before treatmentment （P＆lt;0.01）, and the contents of HDL-C was significant higher than the one of before treatment （P＆lt;0.01）;ALL lipids indexes pooled values of mean difference（PVMD） of all included independent studies SHOWN：PVMDTC＆gt;PVM-DLDL-C＆gt;PVMDTG＆gt;PVMDHDL-C（P＆lt;0.01）, pooled values of standard mean difference （PVSMD） PVSMDTC＆gt;PVSMDTG＆gt;PVSMDLDL-C＆gt;PVSMDHDL-C（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions：XueZhiKang can reduce the hyperlipidemia patients’TC, TG and LDL-C, and increase HDL-C too;the cholesterol-lowering ef-fect are the biggest, followed by the triglyceride-lowering effect, and the HDL-C-increasing effect is the smallest.
