摘要
介绍了基于HMC703锁相环的X波段线性扫频源的设计与实现方法。通过对HITTITE公司HMC703锁相环的内部结构分析,讨论了HMC703的基本原理与工作特点,在此基础上,结合带2分频输出的VCO HMC513,实现了10.45 GHz^10.85 GHz线性扫频源功能。有源环路滤波器采用HITTITE公司提供的Hittite PLL Design Software软件进行仿真与设计,通过对ARM控制器进行编程与硬件联合调试,实现了一个性能良好的线性扫频源。
A design and implementation of X-band linear sweeping soltrce based on HMC703 PLL frequency synthesizer is presented. By analyzing the internal structure of HITYITE's HMC703 PLL frequency synthesizer, combining the VOC HMCS13 with outputs of 2 division frequency and the HMC703 PLL frequency synthesizer with the discussed working characteristic,a design of 10.45 GHz - 10.85 GHz linear sweep source controlled by ARM processor is realized. The simulation software Hittite PLL Design Software is used to simulate and design active loop filter. Through debugging the hardware and programming the ARM processor,a linear sweeping source with a good performance is realized.
