摘要
机采茶青的分选、分级是当前国内外尚未突破的难题之一。本设计研究找到了能有效分离机采茶青中的破碎叶,同时又对大小不同茶青芽叶进行分级处理的方法和途径。本机风力分离、筛选分级的技术运用,适应了机采茶青特点,极大改善和提高了分选、分级效果,有效解决了机采茶青用于名优茶加工难题。
The separation and classification of mechanical plucking tea leaves is one of the problems have not been broken through at home and abroad currently. This design research has found methods and ways that could separate broken bud-leaves from mechanical plucking tea leaves, and also can process bud-leaves with different sizes in grades. The application of winnowing separation and screening grading is so well adapted to the characteristics of mechanical plucking tea leaves and also greatly improve and enhance the effectiveness in grading and sorting, in the mean time effectively solve the problem that mechanical plucking tea leaves could be used to famous high-quality tea processing.
