摘要
醋栗番茄(Solanum pimpinellifolium)与栽培种番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)亲缘关系很近,可与其直接杂交,达到快速转育优良性状的目的。就醋栗番茄的分布、特性、遗传多样性、进化、抗生物和非生物胁迫、优良园艺性状、分子遗传图谱、基因挖掘、全基因组测序等研究和利用现状进行了概述;对其利用过程中的问题进行了分析;对进一步挖掘其潜在的优良基因进行了探讨,旨在为进一步挖掘和利用醋栗番茄优良性状提供信息和理论基础。
Wild species Solanum pimpinellifolium is the most closely relative to cultivated tomato Solanum lycopersicum and harbors a lot of good traits. Research progresses on this wild species, including its distribution, characteristics, genetic diversity, evolution, resistance to biotic and abiotic stress, useful horticultural traits, genetic linkage maps, gene discovery and whole genome sequencing, were described. The problems and perspectives on research and utilization of S. pimpinellifolium were investigated and discussed. It would provide the valuable information for the further use of this wild species.
