摘要
通过分析黄河的入海水沙变化、海岸的严重侵蚀以及水沙资源利用的不平衡状况 ,证明建设西河口水利枢纽 ,可以实现灵活调度和利用进入河口地区的水沙 ,使河口海岸处于动态平衡 ,消除河口淤积对下游的影响 ,为清水沟流路长期稳定创造了基本条件 ,同时优化了河口地区水沙综合利用系统。
The flow and sediment changes when the Yellow River empties into the sea, the severe sea bank erosion, the non balance status of water and sediment resources utilization are analyzed in the paper. On the basis of analysis, it is demonstrated that flexible regulation can be realized by construction of Xihekou hydraulic key project, and to make the sea bank at the river mouth in a dynamic balance by using the flow and sediment entering into the area, which will create basic condition for obtaining a stable path of Qingshuigou and eli minating the influence of the river mouth sedimentation on the lower Yellow River, and improve the water and sediment comprehensive utilization system at the river mouth area.
