摘要
空冷岛风机风量分布不均的主要原因是空冷风机选型统一,空冷风机转速调节单一.对某600 MW直接空冷机组空冷风机系统在不同环境风下空冷风机的运行性能进行了研究.结果表明,通过提高风机转速,且对空冷岛不同位置风机区别调节,克服了群效应及环境风对空冷风机系统的影响,各位置空冷风机风量均达到了500~525 m3/s(设计风量为499.4 m3/s),确保了空冷机组的正常运行.
Analysis show the same air cooling fan type and single regulation mode caused uneven distribution of the air flow from air cooling fans. The operation performance of air cooling fans under different environmental wind conditions was investigated for a 600 MW direct air cooling u- nit. The results show that, by enhancing the air fan speed and regulating the air fan at different lo- cations discriminately,the influence of cluster effect and environmental air on the air cooling sys- tem was overcome. Thus the air flow of each air cooler reached the design value,ensuring the u- nit ' s normal operation.
