摘要
本试验旨在研究不同断奶日龄对仔猪脾脏、胸腺和胰腺抗氧化功能的影响。从8窝"杜×长×大"仔猪中选取出生日龄、体重相近的健康仔猪24头(公猪13头、母猪11头),随机分为4组,依次为14日龄断奶组、21日龄断奶组、28日龄断奶组和35日龄断奶组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。所有仔猪在42日龄宰杀取样,测定脾脏、胸腺和胰腺抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)试验期间,个别仔猪偶尔出现腹泻症状。至42日龄试验结束时,各组仔猪体重无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2)仔猪脾脏、胸腺和胰腺丙二醛含量随断奶日龄推迟而逐渐降低,且28和35日龄断奶组均显著低于14日龄断奶组(P<0.05)。3)仔猪脾脏和胸腺总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性随断奶日龄推迟而逐渐升高,且28和35日龄断奶组均显著高于14日龄断奶组(P<0.05),35日龄断奶组仔猪胸腺GSH-Px活性亦显著高于21日龄断奶组(P<0.05)。4)仔猪胰腺中T-SOD活性随断奶日龄推迟而逐渐升高,且35日龄断奶组显著高于14和21日龄断奶组(P<0.05);胰腺中GSH-Px活性随断奶日龄推迟而逐渐升高,21、28和35日龄断奶组均显著高于14日龄断奶组(P<0.05),且35日龄断奶组显著高于21日龄断奶组(P<0.05)。5)各断奶日龄仔猪脾脏、胸腺和胰腺过氧化氢酶活性均无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结果提示,断奶日龄可影响仔猪脾脏、胸腺和胰腺的抗氧化功能,且断奶日龄越早,仔猪上述组织抗氧化功能下降的程度越大。
In order to research the effects of weaning age on the antioxidant capacity of spleen, thymus and pancreas in piglets, a total of 24 crossed-bred (Duroc × Landrace× Yorkshine) piglets (13 boars and 11 sows) from 8 litters with similar age and body weight were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 piglet in each replicate. The 4 groups were 14 days of age weaning group, 21 days of age weaning group, 28 days of age weaning group and 35 days of age weaning group, respectively. All piglets were slaughtered at 42 days of age and the antioxidant indexes of spleen, thymus and pancreas were deter- mined. The results showed as follows : 1 ) the diarrhea symptoms of individual piglets were observed occasion- ally during the whole test period. At 42 days of age, the body weight of piglets was no significant difference a- mong all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). 2 ) The malondialdehyde (MDA) content of spleen, thymus and pancreas in pig- lets was gradually declined with the delayed weaning age, and the MDA content of the above tissues in 28 and 35 days of age weaning groups was significantly lower than that in 14 days of age weaning group ( P 〈 0.05 ). 3 ) The total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities of spleen and thymus in piglets were gradually increased with the delayed weaning age, the enzyme activities of above tissues in 28 and 35 days of age weaning groups were significantly higher than those in 14 days of age weaning group ( P 〈 0.05), and the GSH-Px activity of thymus in piglets in 35 days of age weaning group was also signifi- cantly higher than that in 21 days of age weaning group ( P 〈 0.05 ). 4 ) The T-SOD activity of pancreas in piglets was gradually increased with the delayed weaning age, and the T-SOD activity of pancreas in 35 days of age weaning group was significantly higher than that in 14 and 21 days of age weaning groups ( P 〈0.05 ) ; the GSH-Px activity of pancreas in piglets was gradually increased with the delayed weaning age, the GSH-Px ac- tivity of pancreas in 21, 28 and 35 days of age weaning groups was significantly higher than that in 14 days of age weaning group (P 〈 0.05 ), and that in 35 days of age weaning group was significantly higher than that in 21 days of age weaning group (P 〈 0.05). 5) The catalase activity of spleen, thymus and pancreas at differ- ent weaning ages was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that the antioxidant capacity of spleen, thymus and pancreas in piglets can be markedly affected by weaning age, and the decreasing degree of antioxidant capacity of those tissues is greater with more early weaning age.
