摘要
养猪生产中,猪受到的应激主要包括冷应激、热应激、免疫应激、断奶应激、氧化应激、运输应激等,这些应激都会影响猪的免疫力和抗病力,导致猪生长、繁殖以及肉质性状下降。近年来,通过缓解技术的应用,以减少应激给养猪业带来的损失,已成为遗传育种领域的研究热点之一。概述了免疫应激、断奶应激和氧化应激对养猪业的危害,在减缓应激方面所采取的营养调控技术,并对其研究前景进行了展望。
In production, pigs face to cold stress, heat stress, immune stress, weanling stress, oxidative stress, and transport stress, these stresses affect porcine immunity and disease resistance, leading to decline of growth traits, reproductive performance, and meat quality traits. Recently, reducing the stresses-induced losses by mitigation technology becomes to one of the research hotspots in the field of genetic breeding. This review outlines the hazards and the nutritional regulation technology of immune stress, weanling stress, and oxidative stress in pig industry, and the prospect of its research is prospected.
