Analysis of Assembly Technology of Air Cells for Two Longitudinal Ship Halves or Large Ship Blocks

摘要 传统工艺对两纵半体船或大型分段的合拢有时会受到场合、设备和费用的限制,而采用气囊对两纵半体船或大型分段可实现大吨位的合拢,因为气囊承载力大,与配合相关的设备设施简单易实现。与框螺栓、液压缸、卷扬机和钢缆滑车等相关工具配合,可对两纵半体船或大型分段实现左右、前后和高低的大距离和小差距的准确合拢定位。因气囊合拢与气囊下水所使用设备设施主体基本相同,所以半体或分段合拢后与船舶下水有很好的衔接过程。对2800m3开体自航泥舶船半体合拢的承载计算和实际操作过程典型案例进行分析,介绍气囊对两纵半体船或大型分段的合拢方法和效果。 As for the assembly of two longitudinal ship halves or large ship blocks, the traditional technology is sometimes restricted by the occasion, equipments and the cost. However, it is easily achieved by using air cells. Air cells have great bearing capacity as well as can be cooperated with box bolts, hydraulic cylinders, winches and steel-wire pulleys, which can achieve the accurate assembly position of right and left, forward and back, up and down of two longitudinal ship halves or large ship blocks. The equipments cooperated with air cells are basically the same, so that the assembly and launching of ship halves or large ship blocks are effectively joint. This paper analyzes the bearing capacity calculation and the actual operation of 2800m^3 Split Hopper Barges halves and introduces the method and effect that air cells are used to assemble two longitudinal ship halves or large ship blocks.
