摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱紫外检测（HPLC—uV）法测定安神补脑液中维生素B1的含量。方法：AgilentEclipseXDB—C18色谱柱（150．0mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相甲醇-乙睛-0．02mol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液（含l％三乙胺，用磷酸调节pH至5．5）（8：7：85），检测波长246lqm，柱温30℃。结果：维生素B1的进样量在0．274～8．220μg（r=0．9996）范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率（n=6）为99．3％，RSD为1．0％。结论：建立的方法简便、准确、耐用性强，能用于安神补脑液中VBl含量的测定。
Objective：To establish a HPLC-UV method for determination of Vitamin B I in AnshenBunao oral liquid. Methords：The method was applied with Anginlet Eclipse XDB-C18 column（ 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） , Methanol-Acetonitrile -0.02 mol·L-1 Sodium heptanesulfonate（ including 1% Triethylamine, adjust pH to 5.5 with Phosphoric Acid）（ 8 ： 7 ： 85 ） as the mobile phase. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃ and the UV detection wavelength was at 246 nm. Results：The linear ranges of Vitamin B1 was O. 274 - 8. 220μg（ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 99.3 % （ RSD = 1.0% , n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate with strong ruggedness for the determination of Vitamin B1 in AnshenBunao oral liquid.
