摘要
失眠是指不充分的睡眠或不完全的睡眠,并不意味着完全失眠状态。失眠症是临床多发病,属于中医学"不寐"范畴。很多因素都可以造成失眠,有精神因素诱发的,有机体疾病引起的,其主要临床特点是失眠、多梦,常伴有头痛、头昏、胸闷、心悸、注意力不集中,临床表现有入睡困难、多梦、易醒、醒后难以入睡。大量的临床资料表明,中医药治疗失眠有其独特的见解,且疗效显著,本文从病因病机、辨证分型、基本方加减、专方专药、其他方法5方面,对近年来国内临床对失眠的治疗作一综述。
the insomnia is not sufficien sleep or partial sleep but not mean to completely insomnia. The insomnia is clinical frequently encountered disease. Its belong to Chinese medical sleeplessness. There are many factors to cause insomnia,such spiritfactor and or-ganism disease. Its main clinical feature is insomnia and dream,sometimes accompany headache,dizzy,chest distress,cardiopalmus and impaired concentration. Its clinical manifestation is difficulty falling asleep,dream,festless sleep and hard to sleep after awake. A large number of clinical data showed the Chinese medicine had the distinct effect to treat insomnia. The article summarized the treatment of insomnia in etiopathogenisis,differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome,modified basic prescription,exclusive prescription and drugs.
