摘要
目的为树莓的进一步研究奠定基础。方法根据文献对树莓进行比较全面的总结和综述。结果总结了树莓叶、果实和种子的化学成分、含量测定、提取纯化工艺及药理作用等方面的研究进展。结论树莓在医药、保健和化妆品行业中具有广泛的应用价值,为树莓资源的开发研究提供科学依据。
Objective To lay the foundation for further study of Rubus idaeus. Methods The literature on Rubus idaeus were comprehensively summarized. Results Research progress were summarized on the chemical composition,determination,extraction and purification and pharmacological aspects of the raspberry＇s leaves, fruits and seeds. Conclusions Rubus idaeus has an extensive range of applications value in the pharmaceutical, health care and cosmetics industry, this paper can provide a scientific basis for the Rubus idaeus resource＇s research and development.
