摘要
用离子交换法将具有Keggin结构的K8[SiW11MO40](M=Co2+,Cu2+,Ni2+)嵌入到Zn2Al黏土中,得到层状化合物Zn2Al-SiW11M(M=Co2+,Cu2+,Ni2+),并用XRD,IR,UV对其进行了表征。结果表明:杂多阴离子进入黏土后,仍保留了其Keggin结构。利用层状化合物催化合成乙酸正丁酯,考察其催化活性。结果表明:层状化合物在酯化反应中显示出优良的催化性能。
The transition metal monosubstituted tungstosilicic heteropoly-anion layered compounds of Zn2Al-SiWll M (M = Co2+, Cu2+, Ni2+) are synthesized by inserting Ks [ SiW11 MO40 ] (M = Co2+, Cu2+, Ni2+) with Keggin structure to Zn2Al clay using ion-ex- change method. The layered compounds are characterized by XRD, IR and UV. The results indicate that with the heteropoly-anions displacing the NO3- ions in the clay, the layered compounds still have Keggin structure, n-Butyl acetate is synthesized using the lay- ered compounds as catalyst, and the catalytic activity of layered compounds is investigated. The results indicate that the layered com- pounds have good catalytic performance over the esterification.
