摘要
在CaO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2-TEA-H_2O水热体系中合成了一种硼取代型层状化合物。X-射线衍射物相分析表明其XRD谱图与粘土矿物Saponite相吻合;红外光谱(IR)及X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究表明,结构中的硼以四面体形式存在,说明硼取代了Saponite结构中的硅;用DTA-TG分析法研究了样品的热稳定性,考察了温度对结构的影响;研究了样品的离子交换性能。
A boron substituted layered compound is synthesized from hydrothermal systems of CaO-Al2 O3-B2 O3-SiO2-TEA-H2 O. Its XRD pattern is similar to that of saponite. ]R and XPS analysis show that tetrahedral B O4 substitutes tetrahedral SiO4 within the structure of saponite. The effect of temperature on the structure is investigated and sodium ion exchange capacity is determined to be 78%.
