摘要
虽然2型糖尿病发病的关键病理生理环节是胰岛素抵抗与胰岛素分泌不足,但是二者对2型糖尿病发病、病情进展、并发症形成、乃至预后的影响却明显不同。在对2型糖尿病病理环节深入分析的基础上,分别展开针对性治疗被认为是理想的选项。中医治疗2型糖尿病在辨证论治的总原则下兼顾病理环节和阶段特征,将使中医临床立法处方更具针对性,从而对提高中医治疗2型糖尿病的疗效具有重要意义。
Although the insulin resistance and insulin deficiency are considered as the key pathophysiologic processes of type 2 diabetes mellitus ,their influences on the pathogenesis, development, complications and prognosis of the disease are quite different. On the basis of deep analysis on the pathogenic processes of the disease, the pertinence therapy corresponding to the pathogenic processes is believed to be an optimal choice for treatment of the disease. The therapeutic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine to type 2 diabe- tes is mainly based on the general principle of therapy according to syndrome differentiation and will also take into account for the path- ologic processes and stage characteristics of the disease. Therefore, the therapeutic strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine against dia- betes will be more specialized and individualized. Furthermore, it might be significant for the improvement of efficacy of Traditional Chi- nese Medicine in treatment of the disease.
