摘要
目的探讨电动剪毛器结合特效清洁剂在神经外科术前头部备皮中的临床应用,探寻适合头部备皮合适的方法。方法 98例神经外科手术患者随机分为电动剪毛器结合特效清洁剂组(更新组)和传统组(采用止血钳夹刀片法),每组各49例,分别于术前2 h采用电动剪毛器结合特效清洁剂和止血钳夹刀片法进行头部备皮,比较两组患者头部皮损情况,手术区域细菌检出率和头部备皮满意度调查。结果经48 h细菌培养,更新组患者细菌检出率明显低于传统组(χ2=72.937,P=0.000);更新组备皮区皮损程度明显低于传统组(χ2=60.47,P=0.000);更新组患者在疼痛感、痒感和舒适感的满意率上均明显优于传统组。结论采用一次性备皮刀头的电动剪毛器剪毛,特效清洁剂消毒去污,含碘伏的纱布覆盖抑菌的备皮方法,可有效降低细菌检出率,皮损程度较轻,患者满意度较高。
Objective to explore the clinical application of electric hair clipper integrated with spe- cial detergents in preserved skin of head before neurosurgery operation and the methods for preserving skin of head.Methods 98 cases under neurosurgery operation were randomly divided into the electric hair clipper and special special detergents group （updated group） and conven- tional group with 49 cases in each group. The groups were respectively taken the electric hair clipper and special special detergents and hemostatic clamp blade for preserving skin of head 2 hours before operation. The scalp lesions of the cases, bacteria detection rate in operation area and satisfaction survey for preserving skin of head were compared. Results after 48 h＇s bacterial culture, the bacterial detection rate in the updated group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group （X^2 = 72. 937, P = 0. 000）. The degree of preserved skin lesions in the updated group was lower than that in the conventional group （X^2= 60.47,P= 0.000）.The satisfaction for pain, itching and comfort in the updated group was significantly better than that in the tradition- al group.Conclusions The application of electric hair clipper for clipping, special detergents for disinfection and decontamination and iodined gauze for covering bacterial when preserving skin can effectively reduce the bacterial detection rate and degree of preserved skin lesions and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
