摘要
目的:探讨局部小区域备皮在女性Charis畸形患者中的应用价值。方法:收治Charis畸形女性患者40例,分为两组,每组20例。对照组给予全脑毛发剃除备皮,试验组给予局部小区域备皮,比较两组术后切口感染率和术后满意度。结果:两组术后切口感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部小区域备皮不会增加女性Charis畸形患者术后切口感染率,术后满意度显著提高。
Objective：To explore the application value of local skin preparation in female patients with Charis malformation.Methods：40 cases of female patients with Charis malformation were divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given skin preparation of whole brain hair shaving.The experiment group was given local skin preparation.The postoperative infection rate and postoperative satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference of postoperative incision infection rate between groups（P〉0.05）.The postoperative satisfaction of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Local skin preparation did not increase the postoperative infection rate of female patients with Charis malformation,and the postoperative satisfaction was significantly improved.
