摘要
目的:研究乌蕨水部位的体内抗氧化作用.方法:采用小鼠CCl4损伤模型,观察乌蕨水部位的抗氧化作用,测定乌蕨对小鼠血液中SOD、GSH-PX酶活性、MDA含量的影响.结果:乌蕨可降低血清中MDA含量(P<0.01),提高小鼠的血清SOD酶(P<0.01)、全血GSH-PX酶的活力(P<0.05).结论:表明乌蕨水部位具有体内抗氧化活性.
Objective: To study the antioxidation effect in vivo of Stenoloma chusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia. Methods: The rats were fed different doses of water extracts of Stenoloma chusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia, and recorded the SOD activity, GSH-PX activity and MDA content in the serum of ICR mice. Results: The water extract groups could significantly increased SOD activity (P〈0.01), GSH-PX activity (P〈0.05), and could decreased MDA content (P〈0.01) from Stenoloma chusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia. Conclusion: The water extract had antioxidation effect in vivo in rats from Stenoloma chusanum (Linn.) Ching in Sinensia.
