摘要
目的:研究乌蕨对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导肝损伤小鼠脂质过氧反应的影响。方法:采用一次性腹腔注射CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤。分别测定血清、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、一氧化氮(NO)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果:乌蕨显著降低CCl4中毒小鼠血清、肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),升高NO、SOD活性和T-AOC(P<0.05)。结论:乌蕨有抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective: To study the anti-lipid peroxidation effects of stenoloma chusana ching on Liver-damaged rats induced by CCl4.Methods: All rats were treated with intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 one time, resulting in acute hepatotoxicity, the contents of malondialdehyde ( MDA ) and levels of NO, activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), ability of total antioxidation capacity ( T-AOC ) were measured respectively in serum and liver of rats. Results : Stnoloma chusana ching could markedly decrease MDA content ( P 〈 0.05), increase SOD activity, levels of NO and ability of T-AOC ( P 〈 0.05) respectively in serum and the liver respectively in CCl4 toxico-rats. Conclusions: Stenoloma chusana ching has the effect of anti-llpid peroxidation.
