摘要
分析新疆农机购置补贴政策实施效果是新疆农机和农业健康发展的需要。为此,构建了新疆农机购置补贴政策绩效评价指标体系,采用因子分析法对补贴绩效进行量化计算。研究表明:补贴政策实施效果在新疆有区域性差异,政策对北疆和东疆的影响较大,而对南疆的影响较小;北疆和东疆政策绩效得分呈现"厚积薄发"的趋势。
It is necessary to analyse the implementation effect of the subsidy policy for purchasing agricultural machinery in Xinjiang for the need of agricultural machinery and agriculture. The article uses factor analysis method to analyse the performance in Xinjiang. The study shows that there are regional differences and eastern and northern Xinjiang perform better. The score of performance in eastern and northern Xinjiang shows an ＂accumulate steadily＂ trend.
