摘要
采用高频感应真空熔覆技术,制备钴基、镍基合金涂层.使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察涂层中不同深度的组织结构.用X射线衍射能谱仪分析涂层的化学元素组成.用显微硬度计测量涂层不同深度的显微硬度值.试验结果表明:采用高频感应真空熔覆技术能制得致密的钴基、镍基涂层组织;镍基合金涂层的显微硬度值要高于钴基合金涂层.
Cobalt-based, nickel-based alloy coating is prepared by high-frequency vacuum induction cladding technology. Microstructure of the coatings is observed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), the chemical elements are analyzed by EDS, and the micro-hardness is measured at different depths of the coating. Experimental results show that: the dense cobalt-base,nickel-based coating microstructure can be obtained through the high-frequency vacuum induction cladding, the value of micro-hardness of nickel-based alloy coating is higher than cobalt-based alloy coating.
