摘要
对服役后的汽轮机高温叶片进行喷砂处理和抛光处理,并在600℃大气环境中进行长时高温氧化试验,研究不同表面处理工艺对耐热钢高温氧化行为的影响。结果表明,喷砂处理后材料的抗氧化性明显优于抛光处理,试样表面生成的氧化层是导致材料抗氧化性产生差异的主要原因。
The high temperature turbine blades after service were sandblasted and polished to remove the oxide layer attached to the blade surface,and the long-term high temperature oxidation test was carried out at 600℃in atmospheric environment to investigate the influence of different surface treatment processes on the high temperature oxidation behavior of heat-resistant steel.The results indicate that the oxidation resistance of the materials after sandblasting is superior to the one after polishing,and the oxide layer generated on the surface of the specimens is the main reason for the difference of oxidation resistance of the materials.
