摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法对枳术宽中胶囊的含量进行测定,以控制本品质量。方法:SUNTEK Kro—masil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);Dikma Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈-十二烷基硫酸钠溶液梯度洗脱为流动相,流速为1ml Mmin;检测波长225nm。结果:辛弗林在进样量0.0808~1.616μg范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=-4.154+2602.5X,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.2%;RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确、专属性强、测定结果重复性好,适用于本品的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of synephrine in zhizhukuanzhong capsules by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) method to control the quality. Methods: Colunm SUNTEK Kromasil C ls (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm);Dikma Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); Mobile phase: acetonitrile and potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( gradient elution) was set up. The flow rate was 1.0 mL . min^ - 1. Detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results: The linear relationship between sample volume and area of the peak in synephrine was good in the range of 0.0808 × 1. 616μg, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and linear equation was Y= -4. 154 +2602.5X. The average recovery was 97.2% and relative the standard deviation(RSD) was 1.4% (n =9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific. The reduplication of the results is good, suitable for the quality control of this composite preparation.
