摘要
生物质成型以后作为燃料,是可再生能源的发展方向之一。生物质原料在制成颗粒之前含水率高,需要对第一次粉碎以后的颗粒进行干燥,使含水率达到制粒要求,便于在进行第二次粉碎以后进入制粒工序。文丘里干燥器是一种新型的干燥器,具有体积小、气流阻力小、干燥效率高的优点,适用于物料粒径大且粒度分布广的颗粒干燥。以干燥能力为500 kg/h的文丘里生物质颗粒干燥器为例,论述了文丘里生物质干燥设计的原理与方法。
Biomass briquette can be used as a kind of fuel, which is a developing direction of renewable energy. Biomass raw is in high moisture content before it is made into granules. Certainly, it is necessary that the granules should be dried after they have been crushed first time to make the moisture content meet the granulating requirements, so that the granules second time crushed dried could be convenient to the granulation process. Venturi dryer is a new type of drier, which has the advantages of small volume, small airflow resistance, and high drying efficiency. Meanwhile, it is suitable for drying particles which have large particle size and widegranularity distribution. The design principle and method of Venturi biomass energy granule dryer were discoursed by taking Venturi biomass pellet dryer (with drying ability of 500 kgha) as the example.
