摘要
采用燃烧柴油产生热风干燥湿天然橡胶胶粒(热风温度115℃)和微波干燥湿天然橡胶胶粒(湿天然橡胶表面温度115℃),并研究其干胶粒的形态结构和性能。结果表明,采用微波干燥的干天然橡胶胶粒表面粗糙,仍基本保留湿天然橡胶加工胶粒过程所产生的切割痕迹;而热风干燥的干天然橡胶胶粒表面熔融平滑,已失去湿天然橡胶加工胶粒过程所产生的切割痕迹。微波干燥的干天然橡胶分子量大于热风干燥的干天然橡胶分子量。微波干燥的干天然橡胶硫化胶的耐热氧老化性能得到显著提高,其老化前后拉伸强度变化率(-37%)和扯断伸长率变化率(-65%)明显高于热风干燥的干天然橡胶硫化胶的拉伸强度变化率(-57%)和扯断伸长率变化率(-87%)。
Wet granules of natural rubber were dried by 115℃ hot-air from the combustion of diesel oil, or by microwave with the surface temperature of wet natural rubber being 115℃, and the morphological structures and the properties of the dried granules were analyzed. The natural rubber granules dried by the microwave were rough on surface and the cutting traces produced during the processing of the wet natural rubber remained to be on the surface, whereas the natural rubber granules dried by the hot-air are smooth on surfaces resulted from melting, and the cutting traces produced during the processing of the wet natural rubber disappeared. The molecular weight of the natural rubber dried by the microwave was higher than that of the natural rubber dried by hot-air. The thermal oxidative resistance of the vulcanizate of natural rubber dried by the microwave improved significantly, and the variation rate of elongation at break and the variation rate of tensile strength before and after aging for the vuleanizate of the natural rubber dried by the microwave were -37% and -65%, respectively, apparently higher than those for the vulcanizate of the natural rubber dried by hot-air, which were -57% and -87%, respectively.
