摘要
由于减速器结构复杂,包含零件多,对装配工艺有严格的要求。为了使学习者清晰地了解整个一级直齿圆柱齿轮减速器的内部结构和装配顺序,运用Pro/Engineer的"动画"(Animation)模块,将一级直齿圆柱齿轮减速器的装配过程进行"拍照",从而创建了装配动画,使得整个装配过程可视化,对实际装配人员的操作起一定的示范作用。
Due to the structure of the reducer complex and many parts,there are strict requirements for the assembly process. The internal structure and assembly sequence enable learners to understand the level of straight tooth cylindrical gear reductor,this paper uses Pro/Engineer ＂animation＂ module to camera assembly process of a straight tooth cylindrical gear, thus creating animation,and make the whole assembly process visualization. The demonstration can affect on the actual assembly operator.
