摘要
在导弹的设计和装配过程中,若导弹的质心偏离推力平面,导弹的飞行将出现偏差。以某导弹的虚拟装配设计为研究对象,在Pro/Engineer软件支撑下,开发了一个虚拟装配环境下的导弹质心调节系统。针对导弹的结构特点,提出了三维公差带的概念,利用优化算法,在零部件质心位置的三维公差带内,将导弹装配体的质心调节到允许的范围内。
If the centroid of the assembly departs from the pushing plane during missile design and assembly, the missile will stray off the fight path. While taking a certain missile as research object and supported by Pro/Engineer software, a centroid adjustment system under virtual assembly environmen is developed in this paper. According to the characteristics the missile, structure this paper puts forward the concept of three-dimension tolerance zone, and the centroid of missile is adjusted into the allowable range.
