摘要
采用超高效液相色谱一二极管阵列检测器,通过2,4-二硝基苯肼柱前衍生建立纺织品中3种醛(乙二醛、甲醛和戊二醛)的快速检测方法,试验过程包括:试剂制备、样品的预处理、衍生化反应、色谱条件的优化、分析方法。分析得出分离这3种游离醛的色谱条件为:检测波&360nm,低温30℃,进样量10μL,洗脱流速为0.8mL/min。在这种条件下,各种醛的检出限在20~28μg/L班,方法的回收率高-I--97.8%,该方法成功应用于纺织品中醛类的测定,准确度高。
A method using(2,4Dinitrophenylhydrazine, DNPH) as precolumn labeling reagent followed by ul tra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with PhotoDiode Array detector (PDA) has been developed for the determination of three aldehydes (glyoxal, formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde) in textile samples. Test process in cludes :reagent preparation, sample pretreatment, derivatization, optimization of chromatographic conditions and eval uation of analyzing method. The chromatographic conditions of the method are that: detection wavelength is 360 nm, column temperature is 30 ℃, injection volume is 10 μL, elution flow rate of is 0.8 mL/min. Under these conditions, the quantification limits for the desired compounds ranging from 20 to 28μg/L are obtained, and the recoveries are higher than 97.8%. The proposed method is successfully applied to the determination of the target compounds in textiles with a higher sensitivity.
