摘要
采用分光光度学理论,建立快速、精确测定甲醛的流动注射反相分光光度比色法。该方法是在过量铵盐存在下,甲醛与乙酰丙酮生成黄色化合物,于414nm波长处进行流动注射分光光度测定。在最佳试验条件下,该方法测量甲醛浓度在0.005~4.0mg/L的范围内,甲醛浓度与峰高成良好线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.999 3。相对标准偏差为0. 696%(1.0mg/L甲醛,n=10),检出限为0.9μg/L。试验表明:该方法的灵敏度,重现性好,可实现成品革和裘皮中甲醛的在线自动检测。
Opposite phase flow injection spectrophotometric method for fast and accurate determination of formaldehyde was proposed. The method was based on the combination of acetylaeetone with formaldehyde under ammonium conditions with heating. The absorbance of the complex was measured by optical detector at 414 nm. Chemical factors and flow injection analysis variables affecting the system were also discussed. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method is 0.005 - 4.0 mg/L; correlation coefficient R^2 =0.999 3, the detection limit is 0.9 μg/L; the relative standard deviation is 0.696%. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and applied to simultaneously determining the content of formaldehyde in finished leather and fur.
