基于新兴信息技术的智慧施工理论体系构建 被引量:20

Research on a Smart Construction Based on Emerging Information Technology

摘要 根据建筑信息模型(BIM)、物联网、普适计算和4D可视化技术等新兴信息技术,结合我国施工管理发展需要,提出了智慧施工概念,阐述了新兴信息技术在智慧施工中的作用机理,构建了智慧施工理论体系和智慧施工信息管理模型框架,描述了智慧施工过程管理与控制方法以及智慧施工的原型系统开发思路。智慧施工理论的深入研究必将推动新兴信息技术的进一步发展,引起施工管理内容和模式的变革,推动施工管理向信息化、集成化和智慧化方向发展。 Abstraet:According to development of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things, Ubiquitous Computing and 4D Visualization Technology, and needs of construction management in China, the conception of Smart Construction (SC) was illustrated and expounded. Moreover,the mechanism of Emerging Information Technology in Smart Construc- tion was explained, frame of Smart Construction and Smart Construction Information Models were built, Smart Construc- tion process management and control, and prototype system of Smart Construction Theory were described in this paper. Smart Construction Theory would promote the development level of the emerging information technologies, bring transformation of content and mode to construction management, and lead construction management in China to directions of informatization,integration and intelligence.
