摘要
采用宏观检验、XRD、SEM及模拟海水试验等方法研究了某海上油田油井套管腐蚀断裂的原因。结果表明,该油井套管腐蚀断裂的原因为海水进入套管环空,环空中含有空气,在海水液面附近,形成氧浓差电池,引起隔水套管在海水中腐蚀穿孔,在氯离子的促进下致使套管腐蚀断裂。
Macroscopic examination, XRD, SEM. simulated seawater testing and other methods were used to study the corrosion cracking reasons of an offshoe oil well casing pipe. The results show that the reason causing cracking was due to seawater entering the casing annulus which contained air. Near the surface of the sea, concentration cell was formed, leading to corrosion of the casing pipe in seawater. With the promotion corrosion cracking occurred.
