摘要
从我国历年废热锅炉事故的统计资料出发,分析了导致废热锅炉失效的主要原因,建立了以"废热锅炉破坏失效"为顶事件的故障树,并对废热锅炉失效定性分析。然后采用专家判断法与模糊集理论结合的方法对故障树进行了定量分析,介绍了故障树底事件和顶事件发生概率的计算方法,并运用计算机编程计算了失效故障树顶事件的发生概率,最后提出了一些主要的维护措施。
This article first reviewed the statistics of waste heat boiler accidents in the recent years, and then analyzed the main reasons that lead to the failure of waste heat boiler and established a fault tree in which the failure damage of waste heat boiler was made as the top event. A few of related quantitative analysis methods were described, and use of a computer program to calculate the failure probability of fault tree top event. Finally some major maintenance measures were proposed.
